Centrally located.
Breakfast buffet needs to be more international. The buffet basically contains what Norwegians eat for breakfast. Air conditioning in room did not work properly. Hotel is old and tired looking.

Good location. Good room facilties. Very helpful staff (there was a confusion over extra beds needed - they fixed this very quickly). Good free hotel parking available
Internet was difficult to get going (use membership number as log in). No tea making in room

The hotel's location near the center was very convenient, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the surrounding mountains. the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. the hotel provided a wonderful experience.
The elevator in the hotel was a bit slow, causing some inconvenience at times.

The hotel is very well-located, close to the town center and restaurants. The room was clean and had a nice view of the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was tasty and there was a good variety of foods.
The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. there was no free WiFi available in the room, only in the lobby.

The staff::: nothing more to say... "Charlie" as we were told his name was, is the perfect HOST...Although its a low grade hotel, its clean and tidy, the breakfast is superb, the town is a walk away and the bar down the road is awesome in the evening.. But "Charlie" takes the crown, the best hotel front desk person I have ever met !!!! If he is NOT the owner of the hotel then he needs to be given a HUGE bonus.... Thanks for making out whole trip to Norway..
Cost::: I know its not the hotel its self... But Norway really needs to look at costing if they want to get people to travel there.
